Refund & Return Policy
At Sri Vari Silks, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package (if damaged)
Products must be:
- Unused and unwashed.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of textile products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect color selection (minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings).
- Incorrect size or design selected by the customer.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:
- The product delivered is damaged.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), Sri Vari Silks will arrange the return pickup or reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost.
For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged Packages
If the package appears damaged during delivery, please:
- Take clear photographs before opening the package.
- Inform us immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Processing Time
After the refund is approved:
- UPI/Wallets: Usually 2–5 business days.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Usually 5–10 business days.
- Net Banking: Depends on the respective bank.
