Welcome to Sri Vari Silks. This website is operated by Sri Vari Silks. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sri Vari Silks. 2. Products & Pricing
We specialize in premium sarees, bridal wear, men's collections, women's collections, and kids' apparel. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. All pricing is listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and is subject to change without notice. Prices listed are inclusive of appropriate taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Taxes & GST
All purchases made through our website are subject to appropriate government taxes, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the standard rate of 5% applicable to apparel. The GST amount will be clearly displayed during checkout prior to final payment.
4. Payments & Secure Processing
All online transactions are securely routed through our payment gateway partner, **Razorpay**. By submitting order and payment information, you authorize us and our payment gateway to charge the total amount due. We do not store or process your credit/debit card credentials directly on our servers.
5. Delivery & Shipping
We offer free standard delivery across India for all orders above ₹2,000. For orders under ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable. We partner with reliable logistics networks like **Shiprocket** to coordinate prompt shipping. Shipping times vary based on shipping destination, and dispatch alerts with tracking numbers will be provided.
6. User Accounts & Responsibilities
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Dharapuram, Tiruppur District, Tamil Nadu.
